Lots of Water

“Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again . . ."
(John 4:13).

Whether we are sick or in good health, pure water is one of God’s choicest blessings to mankind. If properly used it will promote health by supplying necessities to our system and assisting nature in the fight against disease. The extremely important circulation of the blood can best be regulated and maintained by proper external applications of water. In fact, hydrotherapy, or water treatments can be the very means of saving many lives. Pure water, freely drank, along with fresh air will invigorate the vital blood purifying organs of the body and assist nature in her effort to overcome the polluted and toxic condition of the body.

In fact, many cases of constipation have been remedied simply by drinking five or six glasses of water daily.

There is no finer cleanser of body tissue than pure water. Also, a thorough cleansing of our external bodies each day would do much to promote both physica1 and mental health. Impurities are continually being thrown off our bodies through the skin. The body’s millions of tiny pores must be kept “unclogged” by frequent bathing or, consequently, the impurities which should be passed out through the pores will simply become an additional burden to the other eliminating organs.

A bath and/or shower, properly taken, will fortify against the common cold by greatly improving the overall circulation. The blood is brought to the surface, and a more free and regular flow of blood is obtained through the body. The mind, as well as the body, is invigorated. The intellect is made brighter and the muscles are made more flexible. Furthermore, the bath and/or shower can be a soother of the nerves, definitely relaxing the body and even the mind.
